JP ORGANIZATION — PRESENT / PORTFOLIO & GOVERNANCE
JP Organization is the present portfolio and governance structure. It establishes ownership, oversight, institutional standards and formal correspondence across the portfolio. It is not JP Sports Group, and it is not the future JP.
JP SPORTS GROUP — PRESENT / SPORTS OPERATING GROUP
JP Sports Group sits under JP Organization and carries present sports work through its specialist brands and programmes. It is an operating group, not the parent institution and not the future JP.
JP — FUTURE INSTITUTIONAL STAGE / NOT LAUNCHED
JP is a future institutional stage. It has not launched and must not be used as another name for JP Organization or JP Sports Group. Until formally constituted and announced, no entity, contract, office or authority should be attributed to it.
