The JP Constitution

Protect the person before the institution.

We write the mandate before the institution acts. Authority, accountability, conflicts and escalation are named. Independent professional judgment stays independent. If JP funds early protection, the scope, payer, purpose and cost are recorded and lawfully accounted for. Funding never buys consent, appointment, silence, loyalty or control of the adviser or decision.

Corporate Transparency

Important decisions require a clear explanation. We state what was decided, the reasons and evidence behind it, who made the decision, and what remains uncertain. If a decision changes, we record when and why. We apply the same standards to ourselves, protect personal information, and explain what cannot be made public.
